The 2019 Rules Changes Deconstructed
fh_umpires.gifThe 2019 Rules Changes Deconstructed
www.npua.co.uk 21 December 2018
Our friend and colleague Keely Dunn has posted an excellent - and typically forthright - blog on the new 2019 rules on her FHUmpires website.
While we understand that the rules changes aren't due to be implemented in England this season, it will help us in our preparation for 2019/20 to understand all the changes, including the lesser ones that might have slipped under the radar so far. Keely's blog will undoubtedly help in that regard.
Enjoy!
