Reg de Soysa, Chapeltown HC passed away 1 November 2014.
Reg was in involved in Yorkshire hockey for over 50 years as a player, coach and umpire.
Some may remember he also played for Robert Jenkins and captained Sheffield Nomads – a Sunday side which played across the North for many years.
His funeral service will be at St Patrick’s Church, Sheffield Lane Top on Wednesday 12 November, 10.15am, followed by internment at Shiregreen Cemetery.
Afterwards all are welcome at Thorncliffe Cricket and Social Club, “The Ranch” about 12.30.
