SUMMER EVENTS 2019

A listing of Summer Hockey Events, Leagues and Camps in Yorkshire and the North during the Summer of 2017.

Four-Day Summer Camps - Hockey/Cricket/Rugby - Pocklington, York - added 12 July 2019

Four-Day Residential Summer Camps in Cricket, Hockey and Rugby - with Kyle Dench and A-Camps providing the coaching for our Rugby Camp, and Byas Academy Cricket and Hockey Camps are being run by David Byas, former Yorkshire Cricket Captain and current Director of Sport at Pocklington School. David was also a Junior International Hockey player.

Each of our camps can also be attended on a daily basis (non-residential).

The dates for our 2019 Camps are:
Cricket       Mon 22nd - Thurs 25th July
Hockey       Mon 12th - Thurs 15th Aug
Rugby        Mon 19th - Thurs 22nd Aug

Available to all players aged 7 - 17yrs old whether a beginner or a regular player. We aim to ensure that all players leave with a better technical understanding and skills than when they arrived.

City of York HC - Summer Events 2019 - added 8 April 2019

City of York HC have many events going on over the Summer in York.
SOCIAL MIXED HOCKEY is being run at Huntington School, York, YO32 9WT, from 2/4/19 to 20/8/19 inclusive 7:30pm to 10pm. All welcome, turn up and join a team. £5 per player.
WE ARE HOSTING OUR ANNUAL MIXED 7s TOURNAMENT at Huntington School From 22/5/19 to 17/7/19 . For details about how to join in next years competition email -email-
WE ARE RUNNING BACK TO HOCKEY at Huntington School, York, YO32 9WT, 6:30pm to 7:30pm from the 7/5/19 to 11/6/19 inclusive. Free to attend. (Poster attached)
ON 15 & 16 JUNE 2019 we are hosting a 24 hour Hockeython, to raise funds to improve hockey facilities in York. We will start at 12pm on Saturday and finish at 12pm on Sunday. We are looking for hockey players to come along and take part as well as teams to join in, Men, Ladies, Mixed and Juniors, 7 a side and 11 a side. HARROGATE 7s Festival 23-25 August 2019 - Date Added: 5 March 2019

Get your team sorted for the best hockey weekend, 23rd-25th Aug, in Harrogate !

You have until 30th June 2019 to sign-up your team for our awesome 7 a side festival.
It's male teams and female teams, not mixed, on the pitch, just in our hearts and at the bar!! Two days of games and two nights of partying!
Drop us an email at -email- with the details of your team (team name, number of players, contact details) and we'll sort the rest out.
Details:
Fun, friendly, 7 a-side tournament in the lovely Yorkshire town of Harrogate. Mens and Ladies tournament for all abilities.
£50 with camping & £35pp without camping which includes entry into tournament, 2 nights of partying and 2 nights of evening food and of course the 80s themed fancy dress!! Fun all weekend! Contact Megan Reid - -email- for more info
