How do I move an uploaded file to the Downloads area?
From the Admin area select the Public Uploads link.

If there are any umoderated uploaded files, they will be listed here.

To move a file to the Downloads area, select the Copy to downloads link (the disk icon to the right of the file in the Actions column). This will take you to the administrators Downloads page with a form where you can edit the information about this file before selecting the Submit Download button to save the changes and make the file available on the public Downloads page.
